More than 60% of Canadian adults are sleep deprived… fix that now with Dream Water!

Dream Water review

Sleep is a luxury in our generation filled with fast-moving technology, busy schedules, and high stress jobs. I work at a very high stress day job so I often have nights where I just lie there, thinking about work… I’m sure you get the picture, and I’m sure many of you experience the same thing too.  According to the World Association of Sleep Medicine, more than 60 per cent of Canadian adults are sleep deprived.

I was really excited to hear that Dream Water was launching in Canada, because I sometimes use sleep aids and I like to look for natural alternatives to drugs. Dream Water is a Health Canada-approved natural sleeping aid that will help you combat sleep deprivation and fatigue.

Dream Water contains three key ingredients to help the user fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up feeling rested: melatonin, GABA and 5-HTP. MELATONIN helps govern your body’s internal clock that regulates your natural cycle of sleeping and waking; GABA helps you relax and reduce anxiety by blocking the transmission of impulses from one cell to another in the central nervous system; and 5-HTP helps promote sleep and relaxation and improve the quality of sleep by stimulating the production of melatonin.

You can take Dream Water 30 minutes before your bedtime to help you fall asleep sooner, or you can also take it before you board a flight to help fight jet lag by allowing you to sleep during the flight.

I tried out a few bottles of Dream Water during my most stressful times at work, and I have to say that it does really work. I do fall asleep faster, and I like that it’s in liquid form so that the effects are faster. The only thing I don’t like about it is the taste… like a medicinal berry taste. It’s something I can get over, and I can see myself buying this for when I need something to help me fall asleep faster.

Some caveats though – remember to consult your doctor if you are taking medications other than Dream Water, and consumption with alcohol, or other drugs with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not drive or use machinery within 5 hours of taking this product.

Dream Water is available in single doses for $3.99 at Nutrition House, Gateway Newstands, 7-Eleven and other grocery, pharmacy, natural health and convenience stores.

  1. Hmm seems really pricey if you have to drink 1 bottle every night but it’s a cool idea if you know you have a big day tomorrow and you really need some rest. Now, my only other question is – won’t drinking a whole big bottle make you want to get up later to pee?? lol
